GOOD SAINT

4 PANCRAS SQUARE, KINGS CROSS

Situated over 3 floors, with an additional 2 mezzanines added to extend the footprint from 15,000 to over 25,000 sq.feet. The property was to be taken from a concrete shell to a Restaurant, Bar and multi-level Music Venue for 1700 designed to rival London’s premier music venues - most of which the clients already owned.

With antiques sourced world-wide, our focus was on creating a venue that could not be rivalled both in design, creativity and world class service. Throughout the project I also acted as the client representative to the Kings Cross Estate, representing them in weekly meetings with the wider Project team and ensuring their desires were communicated in both directions. Good Saint was set to be the jewel in the Kings Cross crown, already tipped to win design awards before the project was unfortunately shelved on the clients request late in 2017.
